Insurance won't cover Humira, because I took remicade years ago???

I took remicade years ago for UC related arthritis, now they won't cover humira because I "failed" another TNF blocker! ***? I hate insurance companies

Another note: i used to know someone who worked for a health insurance company. She was paid bonuses to reject treatments, even if they were actually covered by the policy. Even though some of those denials were later overturned on appeal the company would save millions of dollars from those who just accepted the denial and did not appeal.
