I have been eating full fat plain Fage, for the probiotics, taste, protein and fat. BUT decided to steer away from animal fat yesterday bought Whole Soy plain soy yogurt. I don't care for the taste but it works in a smoothie. Interested in culturing my own nut milk or coconut milk yogurt someday soon....

Chobani 100 has that nice fruity taste I like while keeping the sugar low for me :)

Where do you get your coconut cream from? That sounds super awesome. I think I'd like to try making some myself. Just the basic SCD version, nothing fancy. I bet it would make amazing frozen yogurt in an ice cream maker. Especially with fresh fruit and vanilla. Banana Raspberry Vanilla Mmmmm.

Mark, i order it from a thai website. I think its called thai imports but im not sure. Its sold on amazon, too. The brand is aroy-d. I also like natural value, but aroy-d is always what i make yogurt with. I order 10-12 boxes at a time so it lasts a while. And yes, ive made ice cream with it and its good. It tends to get hard and icy in the freezer no matter what though. As long as it thaws on the counter for 30-60 minutes, its edible haha
