Currently on Remicade and Methotrexate now for my UC which is working well, however, It's not working as well as it did when I first started Remicade.  Got the Remicade antibody test and it did not reveal any antibodies and it also still said I had a therapeutic level in my blood at week 6, so it must not be doing its job considering I felt pretty crappy before I added the methotrexate.  If this combination fails, I will be considering Entyvio as my next step...just would love to hear from any folks that are on this new drug and how they have been feeling on it.  Thanks!

Have you discussed increasing your dosage of Remicade to 10mg/kg? Or trying it every 6 weeks?

Remicade did not work very well for me until I went to 10mg/kg every 6 weeks.

Thank you for the links, I was able to read those. Was hoping to find some posts that are more recent so hopefully I will see some more replies. Since my remicade antibody test showed no antibodies and showed a full therapeutic level in my
Blood at six weeks and I was still feeling crappy my doctor said that increasing the dose would not do me any good so we added methotrexate and so far so good. I also talked to Prometheus labs about my results and they agreed that based on my results of the blood test that changing biologics and/or increasing the dose would probably not work. Hoping this combo of MTX and remicade continues to work!
