Freaking Headache

Woke me up again! I can nut determine what is causing it from meds or vits! Maybe time to go to dr? Do they scan or??

Txt my dr about budesonide and he told me to get back on it, and actually things might be getting worse so I might ! The only thing that has gotten better since November is tenesmus.

This flare is not gonna get the best of me but it is kicking my butt and really teaching me who is boss!

3:30 in the morn, gah!!!!

Talked to dr this morn he want me to come in today. He mentioned blood checking blood pressure. I am at a loss.

I thought it was meds, then I thought dehydration, then vit D. Nothing has helped and they always get worse while I sleep.

Ideas?

Its become regular, more often late. So bad last week!

geez. we seem to both be hit dmc!! luckily, i haven't noticed mine much in a few days since i got back on my old aza prescription. i counted the days and it lasted from dec 13- jan 20 without a break. i truly understand how freakin miserable you are!!!

i actually saw a neurologist yesterday (i kept the appointment i made a few weeks ago). he said he definitely thinks it was the aza. he also said magnesium is the headache mineral and to take 400 mg daily.

Do you have any pain anywhere else? I get migraines when my neck starts spasming. It's a horrible loop. My neck will start hurting and then I'll get a migraine which makes my neck hurt even more.

You mentioned it's in the front? That could be due to allergies like imagardener2 said.

I've gone to the chiropractor before for my neck and that has helped. I just hate that you have to keep going. I only went because my insurance covers massages at the chiro too lol. If I could just get the massages without an adjustment I'd still be going. If possible, maybe get a massage. Not necessarily at a chiropractor's office, but somewhere that has a special or something. Not only would it help you relax, but the therapist can trigger pressure points that might help get rid of your headache.

Slight headache this morn and had trouble sleeping cause migraine pill has caffeine but I might need to take one this morn!

Every store has it, there are so many brands. I got it from Amazon, but Vitamin Shoppe has it too.
