Just a few other "business" reports, and some published research on regulating sphingosine 1-phosphate type 1 receptors in mice.
It looks to me like blocking the generation of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) and/or blocking the subsequent activation of S1P receptors keeps white cells form attacking the colon. (Sounds a bit like Entyevo blocking adhesion.)
They are report 59% improved on drug vs 36% improving on placebo - got to say that is a really high placebo effect. I read in another article "16.4% rate of clinical remission among patients in the high-dose arm--well over the 6.2% rate seen in the placebo" - would sure like to be reading about higher remission rates.
