Hi, just wondering if anyone is familiar with crystalloid electrolytes? They are in a new supplement, and I can't find much info that I understand on the internet. They are supposed to make the other ingredients absorb in your body. Just wondering if they are safe or have side effects. thanks

An electrolyte is common table salt. It's a key ingredient in Gatorade, you sweat a lot while working out and the drink helps replenish it.

sounds like product marketing -
companies make up these words that make something mundane sound miraculous - purely just hocus pocus
