Moving methotrexate injection?

Hey guys,

I'm on methotrexate weekly injections on Saturday evenings.I want to know if I can move it to a day early to Friday nights From now onwards making it more convenient for me? Without causing problems hence making the first switch to a shorter timeframe.

Please help thank you..

Yeah, you can change it. I took my pills originally on Sat, and moved them to Tuesday with no problems
