Visiting bfs parents- paranoid about symtpoms

I'm with my bf visiting his family for the weekend. We are staying at his parent's house which is relatively small. I'm on the tip of a flare- prednisone in Dec/Jan with some residual blood and urgency. I'm doing enemas but I cant do that while I'm here. Plus I cant even do the suppositories bc it's so loud and I'm so gasy in the am. I hate having UC- it's like I have to plan on taking a shower in the am to have some background noise. Any suggestions as to how to get through this weekend? Did I mention their bathroom is right of their living room and in between our bedroom and the parents bedroom. I bet they van hear everything.

My bf's parents' bathroom is RIGHT by the front door and kitchen (busiest spot in the house) and I can't stand it!

Why can't you do your enemas? Are you worried about having loud gas/poo? If you're just worried about getting from the bathroom to the bedroom, I'd tell my bf to roll over and not look while I did my enema (I've done this) and then prop my butt up with a pillow (I always thought gravity helped).

As for the farting etc, well, you and I just have to tell ourselves: everybody farts, everybody poops. No one's going to say anything if they hear your business! I'm still getting over this myself honestly, but I'm getting braver, and no one has mentioned my toots. No sense getting sicker because you don't want to be embarrassed right? :) Farting in the shower can be a good idea, though. Or say you have to get something from the car and go out there and rip one.

I totally get it, there is no privacy in my place so i never entertain. As far as the parents go you have to remember they are parents and have seen and heard it all with babies of their own.

If you have been with him and llan a future maybe talk to the mom and explain, she will prob hug you and make you feel a lot better!
Just flush a lot, try to poop while shower is running and for gods sake take u butt meds or it could get so bad.

Take some air fresh and a baggie full of wipes for the toilet , also an extra bag and throw empties in it and carry home to toss if that makes u feel better.

1) always run the (sink) water when using the bathroom.

2) Gas X (simethicone). You can get it anywhere and helps me a ton. Very safe drug and I've never heard of negative UC effects from it.

3) Use the enemas! Bring plastic grocery bags to wrap the bottle in when you're done.
