Yesterday I dropped my kid off, and thought about all the things I need to do when I got home.

Well I slept off and on all day and got nothing done!

I thought I would get up today and get it all done, yeah right. The only thing I have accomplished today is making an appt with a cleaning service to come and clean my house next week.

If I can't do it, it has to be done. It's not too much money and actually just knowing it is going to get done has taken some stress away.

I gave never been so tired and lazy. Last week at work it felt like I could seriously sleep at the drop of a hat. I hope this doesn't last forever.

Don't feel bad if you need help. I had to have someone clean my house back when I was really sick. No way I could have done it myself and my hubby works long hours for his business.

I didnt had the fatigue from the 6mp when I was on it but more so from anemia I think. My hemoglobin was always really low because I bled a lot. Have your levels been checked recently? If have bloody bm's that could be the culprit too.

I think thats a great point. I dont bleed a lot but its mght not take that much, idk. Tues is blood tests. Do they check that for first 6mp test? Idk what is included. Thank you!

It doesn't take much blood loss at all for your levels to go down. And a lot of the blood you lose you don't see. (That's what my doc told me). If I remember correctly they should do a CBC (complete blood count) with the 6mp blood work too. But you can always mention your tiredness to your doc so he/she can check.

Have you tried switching your dosage and time of day that you take the 6-mp? I kept having to decrease my dosage and finally I was taking 25 mgs every other day.

I never slept well why I was on 6-mp, I flet like I woke up every 45 minutes but my UC was in a great remission.

I finally gave up after 2 years and moved on to Remicade.

When I was really sick I hired a cleaning service, now that I'm healthy again I kept the cleaning service even though I can easily do it myself but it's really nice to come home from work and my house is clean.

The side effects don't last forever. The worst of it will pass in a few weeks. Take it at night if you're not already.

I thought I would talk to my dr next week after tests to see about taking it at night. But not dong too badley so far and hate to change it. I will try once a day if dr says to. ;/)
