I'm now 4 months into treatment (including a 2-month Pred taper) and having some luck this last week with very nice #4 looking stools. I've been more consistent with the P-seed powder so I believe that's what's making a difference. I'm now 6 weeks on a 3 mg dose of LDN.
Stools still a little bulky but no pain, blood, etc. Usually 2 movements before breakfast then once more. I've been basically low residue since last summer now slowly introducing al dente cooked veggies (not ready for raw) and small portions of beans. I still cook my fruit to death when/if I eat it. Yesterday I ate all veggies, and this morning I'm a wreck. I love fibrous foods but I value my health. How long does it take the colon to heal--do people just remain basically low or no fiber? I've got a re-check with GI end of April, she's pushing for a flex sig because I was too inflamed at last c-scope to go far.
