7-keto DHEA helps taper

My experience agrees with the study that 200mg helps to reduce prednisone requirements. I was as high as 80mg last week and now that I am over the surgical repair to my bicep I need the collagen synthesis that prednisone blocks and likely why the tendon-bone connection snapped in the first place.

So I need a quick taper. 20mg all week after being 70-80 last week seems great with the 7-keto DHEA. I tried to drop prior to surgery without 7-keto and it was awful I felt like I was run over by a bus. Slept all weekend and got nothing done. This week I am definitely tired after a long days work but doing fine. Also no 'bacne' like DHEA has caused on lower does. 7-keto prevents conversion to sex hormones.

Reason for the pred is that I tried 12 variations of creatine and they all mess me up then hit the holidays ate and drank unclean and then accidentally ate ancient leftovers throwing me into a tailspin.

No reason to ever repeat those avoidable mistakes.

From here cut out all sugar, get Pseed+Qing Dai+VSL3DS going at least once daily and that ought to do it.

Any sign of blood and in comes the wheatgrass.

Weekend is good time to experiment as my M-F job involves doing 10 things at once, managing a team of people with non-stop interruptions. People constantly coming to talk to me where I used to be heads down doing tech work relatively alone. That would be a bad place to have an adrenal crash. But the body stores it in many places so it really takes a couple days to exhaust it all and see if it is being back filled by adrenal output or not. I can always take 10mg after lunch if it seems warranted. The ONLY thing that will get the adrenals going again is lack of cortisol/prednisolone in the blood. So going to show them exactly that.

It's 2:37 PM zero prednisone today. I think I took 10 yesterday, 20 the day prior and was cruising for 2 months at 60-80....80 last week on peak day.

I took all kinds of new foods in yesterday because going to zero was not part of any plan. That caused some corrosive flow and so all new foods, new protein powders even the sunflower oil 'brake' experiment' is on hold.

For the lack of prednisone, fatal adrenal shock is due to know blood pressure and pulmonary failure. Looking for sources of salt and brewing strong licorice root drinks.

Hopefully Easter goes well it could be when I pay the price for going cold turkey - will keep pred on hand all day.
