Has anyone with UC tried Xeljanz? Been in the trials?

Xeljanz is not approved for ulcerative colitis, so it's likely not many have tried it. I searched this forum and here's what I found:

There is a trial at the hospital near me. My GI said it was an option for me but she also said a few of her patients have been in the trial and they didn't have success. I also remember her saying something about
not being able to be in the xeljanz trial if you've been on other biologics recently. I could be wrong about
that but there was some weird stipulation that made it inconvenient.

Many trials you have to be off of a biologic or immunosurpressents for X number of months prior to joining the trial.
Isn't one of the side-effects of Xeljanz an increase risk of bleeding? Seems counter-productive to me if that is a side-effect.
