So I've never been a smoker, but I wanted to try this out. I started on the 7mg for a few days, then up to 14mg. I was going about 15 BMs a day, but ever since I bumped up to 14mg I've been averaging around 9 BMs, which is the best it's been in years. I've been on the 14mg for 16 days now, should I up the dose to 21mg and try that out? I know in a lot of the studies they only went to 14mg, so I'm not sure if 21mg is a good idea or not.
I'm also on a study drug which has been gradually getting me better for the past 5 months, so I'm not 100% sure it is the patch that's working, but I did notice a significant improvement as soon as I started using the patch which makes me believe that it could be doing something.
Anyone with experience on the matter?
