Hmmmmm. Getting called cool by a 22 year old. Well, I've got to keep up whatever I'm doing so I can keep on fooling my 8 and 10 year olds. I have to admit it is a challenge to keep them from starting to think that I am an old man. It gets harder and harder every year.

Interesting that you got UC later in life,not saying you are old..im 43... I mean i always hear of it coming on in teens, 20's, 30s i guess im wrong about how only younger people get this crap.

Hello fellow Aries! I agree about it being a blessing I didn't get UC as a teenager, I really feel for the young folks who have to deal with all this crap confused

Me TOO! man i think of that all the time, im so glad i didn't get this when i was younger, with school, then college, etc..I got it when i was in my early 30's married with a kid.. I feel for the younger people who have to deal with BS

I was an older newbie also. Diagnosed at age 56. I'm now approaching my seventh decade. So glad the first 50+ years were UC-free.
