Minimal colitis found in entire colon

I apologize if this is a repeat, but I can't find a recent post on this subject.
I am waiting to get results of a biopsy for microscopic colitis. The preliminary report says "minimal colitis found in entire colon "
What does that mean?? Is there some other form of colitis besides ulcerative colitis and microscopic colitis?
What should I be asking the Dr. When he calls? Does a gastro doc or a GP treat me?
The gastro prescribed a 5 week course of Budesonide. That is because my husband told him to give me something to make it through the weekend.

the biopsy will tell if it is chronic and autoimmune. there can be colon inflammation (colitis) for various reasons, including infection.
