I am looking at taking one/both of these products. Has anybody seen success with them? any brands/dosages that you would recommend too? Thanks!

Use the forum's search function, both have been talked about
a lot. In the end, try it yourself and see, that's the only result that truely matters

The ones who have had success with Curcumin have taken extremely high doses of at least 3 grams per day, with many taking much more than that. Taking less than 3 grams seems to be a waster of time. Even though many of us take some kind of fish oil, I don't remember anyone off the top of my head who claims it really did much of anything as far as remission goes but many do take it as one part of a treatment plan. You do have to be careful though because not all fish oil is created equal. Many of them can make UC worse. I think 60 minutes or some similar program did a story on it once that was not flattering on several companies. I personally don't believe much in fish oil as a UC treatment but it supposedly has other health benefits.

Thankfully, curcumin works for me. The details are in my signature.
As Gary said, you need to try high doses of curcumin to see if it helps. But start with one or two capsules for the first day or so to make sure it doesn't mess up your gut. If all is ok, then ramp it up.
Also, don't start fish oil and curcumin at the same time. If you start at the same time and have good/bad results, you won't know which one is having an effect.

I've been taking 2 tablespoons of fish oil for 3 years while in and out of flaring... I don't think it helps specifically with UC but its definitely good for your overall health and cant harm you! Curicum i took for a perios of time but noticed no difference again in regards to my UC and it was super pricey so i stopped - everyones different so I;d slowly try both, again both cant harm you...
