is it gas pain or something more serious

hi everyone,
havent been on in some time but i need some advice.
the past 24 hours i've had a lot of back rib pain. its not hard to breath.
i cant tell if its gas or something more serious.
i do have a hole in my lung and i'm wondering if that is maybe acting
up again and causing the rib pain?
will go to e/r tomorrow if i'm still uncomfortable. nothing is helping the pain. took a gas pill to see if that is the cause not much luck yet.
any words of wisdom would be great

it wouldn't happen to be in your kidney area would it?

I feel a bit better had a lot of gas last night and finally have been going the bathroom but will call my doctor tomorrow.

I have a small hole / circle in my lung from Remicade so I had to stop using it over a year ago. No collapsed lung. Had a lot of test back when it happened.

I'm breathing fine thank goodness. I remember the signs of lung problems.
