Nopal Juice vs Nopal Water?

Is there a difference in efficacy? Are the good results some in this forum have experienced come from just the Nopal water?

I don't know what the difference would be. Nopal juice is Nopal water or vice versa. I take the supplements and they work just fine for me.

i bought the cactus pads and made the water as someone described on here and it didn't do anything for me. Seems like others have had much better luck. My UC is very nonresponsive.

From what I've read, the Nopal water comes from the pads (leaves) and the Nopal juice comes from the fruit.

Saw a brand in my local healthfood store today - Truenopal - which says it is made from the fruit. Having seen a blog post about how prickly pear is shown to have antihistamine properties, it reminded me of the posters on here who do well on DAO

As others have said the juice comes from the fruit and the water I make comes from soaking the pads. Right now I am flaring after I had stopped drinking the water for over a month because I was travelling. Been drinking it again for about 3 weeks so hoping this flare subsides soon. When I get in remission again I won't stop drinking the water -- I figured out how to make it while traveling. I took the cut up pads along with me and then made the water at the hotel.

To make the homemade water costs me about $6/month. I believe the already prepared juice is a lot more expensive. No idea if the juice helps at all.
