Sorry for all the posts. I've done some investigating. Tonight when I put coconut oil on my butt to use an enema I felt a lump. So I had a look in the mirror, and it appears to be a ball of blood sticking out. If this is a hemmie ( I've had them Pryor to UC but not since) could it be the reason I only see blood and the beginning or end of a bowel movement? Can they cause diareah?

Yes they can be the reason for the blood but they don't cause diarrhea.

I have a hemmie from time to time and I've noticed my UC seems to be worse during those times than when the hemmie goes away. But, to be fair, maybe those times I have a hemmie is because my UC was already worse in the first place and that's why it's there.

The UC could have caused the hemorrhoid. It could be what is making the small amount of blood you see. There might also be other internal hemorrhoids higher up.

So, is the lump outside? or coming from the inside and you can push it back in?

The hemmie is more likely to cause constipation rather than diarrhea.

Yes it's on the outside and I can push it in. I'd say I got the hemmie from two months of diareah tho it might explain the blood which seems to be only at the end of beginning.
