A small amount of magnesium supplement (I use 1/2 teaspoon Natural Calm) taken at bedtime usually helps things along for me by the time morning rolls around. Plus, it IS calming and helps me fall asleep, and we need magnesium anyway. I always get backed up at the end of a flare.
