I wouldn't go into it too hard, you don't want to get yourself constipated which can happen if you're not careful and that would be too hard on your system if you don't ease into it.
You need to up your daily water intake too, if you're not getting enough protein daily that will affect your energy level.
How long it will take varies from person to person and likely from time to time as well, since many do stop or cut way back on their fibre then start it up again but that doesn't mean it won't take shorter or longer to adjust, my guess is it will take longer but honestly don't go full force ahead, that's just too hard on your already delicate system.
