iPhone apps for keeping food journal?

Wondering if anyone has found a great cell phone app for keeping track of food, BMs, etc. I tried doing a food journal by hand but it was kind of a mess. Hoping if I'm doing it on my phone I'll be more consistent and clear. Thanks.

I just typed my food and bowel movement journal into the "notes" of my smart phone to keep track for my dietitian and my GI, then I emailed them to my home computer and printed them off using "word".
