Yep exactly - too much too many days in a row gives me he**. Acidity is an interesting idea, I'll look into that. I'm fine with diet soda but maybe that's lower acid or something...
I definitely am still fighting inflammation at the moment, but my history with these foods/drinks goes back a while. Before I was diagnosed, when I first started getting symptoms, I cut all of those foods out of my diet and the symptoms improved. And when I first started getting symptoms, I was drinking a ton of coffee. Of course it could all be coincidence. Who knows.
