My MMP Levels are all over the show??

You're talking about Thiopurine Metabolites testing. I've only had it done once, so I cannot say whether my numbers jump around like yours do. Your numbers jumping around sounds odd to me, I'd ask your gastroenterologist about it and what it means.

This test should include 6-TG and 6-MMP values in your results. Your 6-MMP value of 4474 is concerning as it suggests hepatoxicity (a toxic reaction of Aza to the liver which would result in the dose being lowered or discontinued), thankfully, it was only recorded once.

Here's the explanation included with my recent thiopurine metabolites results:

These results are useful in assessing a patient's metabolism of azathioprine (AZA) or 6-mercaptopurine (6-MP). A 6-thioguanine (6-TG) level greater than 235 pmol/8x10(8) RBC has been associated with remission and very high levels have been associated with leucopenia. 6-methylmercaptopurine (6-MMP) levels
greater than 5700 pmol/8x10(8) RBC may be associated with hepatoxicity. Units: pmol/8x10(8) RBC.

My results were:

6-TG: 464
6-MMP: 1689

Afterwards, my dose of mercaptopurine (6MP) was dropped from 75mgs daily, to 50mgs, due to a low WBC count in my CBC and the high 6-MMP reading in the thiopurine metabolites. Together they suggest leucopenia.
