How long after a colonoscopy should I wait to do a UBiome test?

I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy on Monday which was right around the time when I was hoping to send in a sample to uBiome for analysis. Now I'm worried that if I send a sample in before my gut bacteria has repopulated 100%, I won't get a representative reading.

How long should I wait before I do the sample? I went back on my regular supplement routine immediately and am pooping pretty normally.
