Thanks Dikid! Good advice :) I don't do cereal and milk, don't drink milk only on very rare occasion I'll crave a bowl of cereal, for breakfast I have "Only Oats" wheat free oats and they're pretty good for iron.
Can't remember the numbers she gave me on the B vitamins Q, and it was B12 as that's what I've been supplementing with since the mid 90's...she was giving me numbers on some other things too so that's why I can't exactly recall it cuz as usual everything gets jumbled in my cob-web of a memory haha....I do know she kept emphasizing it was just a bit too high, nothing to be concerned about and that cutting way down on the supplement would help me out with that.
Yes, a huge plus for sure, especially these days it seems, I hear so many different stories with people I know and their "new" docs plus sometimes in this province we go through spells where it's hard to find any taking new patients.
