I am new to this site and would appreciate any advice .i have been diagnosed with coeliac disease after a colonoscopy and endoscopy. A lot of my symptoms have now improved after going on a gluten free diet ,but bleeding when going to the toilet hasn't . . If anything it's worse it's extremely heavy .Has anyone had this problem ? I just feel I have spent so long at hospital and doctors appointments and have had enough ,surely if something serious it would of been picked up by now !

Hmm not sure unless you have an internal or external hemorrhoid. I'd ask in the celiac disease forum, here on healingwell:

Call your GI's office and get a copy of your endo and c-scope report. then you can look at the report and pictures and see what exactly they saw and said about
it, if hemmies were seen they will be stated. ask questions at your next GI visit or after getting the report ask questions here. knowledgeable people can answer if you provide info from the report.
It's possible your celiac disease made part of your rectum "friable" to the point it's bleeding. Ask your GI if mesalamine enemas or Canasa suppositories would help that and get an RX for them if so.
