Old Mike - Immune Stimulation Study for IBD?

I don't know if you will remember, but there was a study published about 2 years or so ago that you posted on here. They used immune stimulation instead of immune suppressing for IBD patients. I was wondering if you could recall the paper by chance.

I wanted to know what they used for immune stimulation. I do recall the success was pretty darn good though and in light of some new things coming out I'm very curious. I'll poke around on pubmed I guess, but really I think it more of a Science Daily type of article.

I know there is the SSI treatment thing, but this was something different.

FWIW, I was on twice weekly then as needed injections of neupogen for years. Still on an as needed basis determined by CBC. I think that would be considered Injection of G-CSF. It did absolutely nothing for my UC.

CM I have been on the neupogen for a different issue. Autoimmune in nature. WBC's attack them selves leaving my count dangerously low. These injections cause the bone marrow to go into overdrive producing more wbc's It is called Neutropenia.
