Late afternoon/early evening not feeling well. Spike fever!

My son goes through phases where he feels sick beinning around 2-5 pm and lasts for a few hours? He seems to be in remission otherwise. When he was in full blown flare, we saw this this everyday.

Does he have a fever? What do you mean by feeling sick? I think more info would help you get a response. My doctor always says if my symptoms are elevated and I am running a fever to call him right away.

What medications is your son on? Some do experience nausea either due to their uc medications, or as part of uc itself.

Our bodies temperature naturally rises in the late afternoon/ early evening.
But this is still something to contact doctor about
