i do best with broth, yogurt, meat, eggs, dry curd cheese, potatoes, bananas, and chia seeds. chia seeds have been a recent discovery for me this year in really sopping up diarrhea. they absorb a ton of liquid but the key is taking them right away when you make something. for example, make a smoothie of yogurt, banana, and water or coconut/almond milk and add the chia seeds. drink immediately. if you drink them after they have gelled, they have already absorb the liquid you put them in.
