Question for others on Biologic's

I am not on a biologic, but I had a fungal infection in my fingernail two years ago while using steroid enemas and it started out like a small, white dot an grew larger but turned yellow pretty quickly. My finger was also a bit swollen and sore around the nail bed, but my doctor thinks I picked up the infection from gardening. I had a cut on my finger right next to where the nail infection started. You could soak your toe/foot in apple cider vinegar and water and see if that clears it up. I did that for my finger plus a script for an anti-fungal cream to use twice a day. My whole nail fell off, it was pretty gross!

I have some apple cider vinegar and tried some on it, I'll google how many times a day to do so and for how long...since I don't know for sure if it's either a fungi or nail psoriasis since I can't find any pics online of what mine looks like...so weird to have one half of my nail looking normal and the other half from the cuticle to the tip be such a bright white color, never seen that before and I just hope it clears up quickly and never comes back.
