Hi everyone,
Quick question- often when I've finished a BM, I'll continue to strain (i.e. tenesmus). When this happens there is frequently bright red blood produced, I'm just curious if this more likely to be blood from inflammation or hemmies?
FWIW- there is a significant improvement re: straining when I increase my fibre intake!
Any suggestions greatly appreciated...
