Burning

I had some sharp pain in my left side a few minutes ago. Like the type that makes you short of breath cuz it's too painful to breath.

I just went to the bathroom now and my stool smells really bad but not C. diff smell. And it's also burning. I'm not sure if it's acidic or what but it's quite uncomfortable.

Any ideas?
