It's best to take probiotics at least 2 hours after you're done taking antibiotics for the day so the antis don't kill off the pros. Most good probiotics are refrigerated from my experience....Primadophilus Reuteri make a good probiotic (pricey though, but good ones tend to be) and what works for some doesn't work for all so trial and error will hopefully land you one that benefits you.
The walmart pharmacy tends to have a good selection of nettipots to use for sinus flushing...I've had chronic sinusitis since I was a kid, I tried to do the nasal rinse with 2 different types of nasal rinses with no success, I seem to have a real big mental block when trying to use it...as annoying as my sinus's can get, the thought of water rushing through and out my nostrils sends me into quite a panic....I don't know why, cuz I see all the youtube videos and even kids are doing it like it's no big deal (which I'm sure it's not) but this mental block I have about it interferes with actually getting it to work for me, I got it to once a little bit but it felt horrible and I haven't tried again since, so I continue to live with my chronic sinusitis unfortunately.
Best of luck in finding a good probiotic and nettipot/NeilMed rinse.
