Ldn + colonscopy

Has anyone thats on LDN been on during a colonoscopy? I am reading on the Procedure sheet they gave me and it says the common drugs used for sedation are Fentanyl and midazolam. My Gastro specialist is aware that im on LDN prescribed by my naturopath, however doesn't fentanyl bind to opiate receptors?

Strange how my specialist didnt tell me anything and its coming up this monday. Maybe there is alternatives to fentanyl. Not sure what midazolam is.
