Vitamin E enema question

Hello,

I've recently stumbled across the Vitamin E enema thread on this forum and had a few questions.

I want to try it- how long do you need to use it for? Is it for several weeks or until symptoms improve?

Also, could you please share what type of syringe/bottle used to administer it? I looked at Walgreens and they seem to have only a bulb syring for ear cleaning--is that what people use?
