Catnip tea?

So as I'm sitting here getting my Remicade, typically I get bored so I look up various things. One thing I came across is catnip tea. I read that it can help intestinal cramping. Has anyone ever used this tea?

Sherry, Isn't catnip a kind of mint? And thinking about peppermint being a traditional stomach remedy, that makes sense...
I don't think my cat would have liked it if I had taken her catnip, however!

Lol I don't have cats. But if I did they would be like "why are you drinking my high?"
