No properly documented and reputable medical studies makes this regimen no different than any other far-out proposal on the internet. Did you search NIH?
Eating that much brown rice would cause great damage to my gut and likely put me in the hospital (I'd never do it) but of course some people have no problem with that much fiber daily. The resistant starch however is a good idea, benefitting good bacteria.
Kefir enemas have been mentioned here by at least one poster some time back. No idea who and don't remember if they reported back with results. Not sure that's the right place to put kefir, higher up through the GI tract seems a better idea but who knows. Doesn't seem like it would hurt you to do it but I'm not tempted.
Good luck.

it is titled Irritable Bowel Disease. if they cant even do proper reserach to decide what disease they are trying to help, I am not going to read much into it

i like Dom's web site, chock full of info and recipes with regard to cultured or fermented foods. I would not try his brown rice diet though. He turned me on to sufu (powerfully fermented tofu)--and so flavorful, you can use an eighth of a teaspoon with a dish and it's divine....but salty. The site is difficult to navigate though and could use some updating.
