Perrigo Mesalamine rectal suspension

Is anyone on Perrigo Mesalamine Enema? I have been trying to administer it properly for a week now .. but I still have some left in the bottle .. is there a guide to do this properly?

I am using the documentation which came with the box.

I also use Perrigo, and never get all of it out of the bottle. Normal.

The Perrigo Mesalamine rectal suspension bottles are very thick and difficult to empty. See if you can get the generic next time you fill your prescription, as the bottles are much thinner material and much easier to squeeze. The Perrigos have green caps and the generic has blue caps.

Place a thumb on the bottom of the bottle, and place several fingers on the side. Squeeze thumb and fingers at the same time to give yourself a better mechanical squeeze force. Warm bottles do work better, so run it under hot water, or put it in a pocket beforehand to warm it up.

As others have said, it's not essential to completely empty the bottle. As long as you get 3/4 out then you've done well.

I do all the things others have mentioned.
