Good to hear that you don't have C Diff. Hopefully, you will get some let up. Not sure if I have mentioned Kefir, I can't remember, but Milk Kefir is an amazing probiotic if you can take dairy, as it is very beneficial with up to 50 different strains of good bacteria. Water kefir is good too, but it only has around 10 different strains, but still good if you cant take dairy.
