I have now gone from 8-10 times BM per day with alot of blood and mucus to 1BM a day. This home made enema really has made the difference. If anyone tries it let me know how it goes.

Good job dock. Where did you get all the ingredients? Are they common in most supplement stores (such as GNC in the U.S.)?
