You don't have to go back exactly 2 weeks to the day. The point of the loading doses is to get entyvio in high enough concentrations within your body to reach ideal therapeutic (healing) range. The medication persists within our bodies for at least a month, so a delay of a couple days will make no difference regarding the infusion.

Entyvio is generally a slow working medication, 10-14 weeks isn't uncommon for a reaction. Although some do receive an improvement much, much sooner.
