Already in remission. Recently added a spice to my menagerie: fenugreek. My stools were already good, but I'm guessing it is the fenugreek (about a teaspoon in a gravy dish that I consume over 2-3 days) that is making the best bms (coinciding with the timeline) even better than if I were taking psyllium seed. Thought I'd share. Cheers
