I got my fourth remicade infusion a little over a week ago (11/3). I originally was supposed to get it yesterday (11/10) but started having a bit of bleeding so decided to push it up. Over a week later and I'm still having bleeding, maybe even a little more so than before. I know remicade can take some time to work but I'm just distressed because the past 3 infusions, it's cleared up my symptoms almost immediately. I had a level done last week and the results apparently came back yesterday - I think if it had indicated rem wasn't working anymore I would have been notified by the hospital. I'm also having a tiny bit of cramping. BMs are formed but very soft. I'm nervous - am I overthinking or should I be concerned? I don't mean to be overdramatic but I was only diagnosed 4 months ago and I'm only 18. I had a really, really traumatic summer and every time symptoms act up even a little bit I get terrified that I'm going to have to relive that trauma again.
I believe i'm on standard dose of Rem and frequency was supposed to be 7wks but just got a call that it's going to be 6 weeks now.
