Don't confuse and assume, and if food were to cause a flare....which I'm not of that belief....then you are not dealing with inflammation.
qI can't remember the exact effects but it was of enough severity to make me stop eating it again.
Foods cause flare or not... This is a long debate of which I don't want to participate in. Just to name a few things: foods have different immunogenicities (for different people). There are other factors contributing to food- inflammation relationships (like their effects on microbiota, their monosaccharide, disaccharide content etc...).
