URGENT: Bleeding from NSAID

Had a colonoscopy last Friday. I've been doing the SCD for 4 months and it has improved but they still found mild inflammation in the descending colon, transverse colon, and rectum.

Anyway, Tuesday I hurt my back so Wednesday I took 500mg Naproxen. I was hesitant because two times ago when I took it I had a lot of bright red blood in my stool. But just for one bowel movement. I took it one other time after that and had no issue.

Well this time I had 3 bowel movements Thursday with a ton of bright red blood. Then Friday morning. Then all of a sudden no more blood, not even a hint of blood in next few BMs. Well this morning they are back and it's random. I've probably had 4-5 small BMs today. First one was bloody, 2-4 were not bloody at all, then 5th just now was quite bloody. Today's two bloody stools were definitely less than Thursdays but still a lot.

So...
1.) How is it possible I could go from very blood stools to all of a sudden nothing at all (no tapering to small amounts just a ton to none) then back to bloody

2.) More importantly, is there anything I should take or can do for this?

I am in no pain at all.

Uc is very inconsistent with how our bms look, bathroom visit to bathroom visit. That's perfectly normal and perfectly frustrating for us (perfect bm, blood and diarrhea, mix and repeat). Careful with the NSAIDs, we're not supposed to have them as they make our symptoms worse. Temporarily up your meds and wait it out and it should settle within a few days.

Celebrex is an NSAID that is supposed to be easier on the gut. See what your doctor thinks.
