Mesalazine emema's Available in Thailand ?

Hi , decided Im going on a vacation to Thailand , just wondering if anybody has been able to purchase Mesalazine Enemas in Bankok or Pattaya ?

My doctor has told me too take em with me but where talking boxes of the stuff !
Would prefer to take less & buy em over there as needed in smaller quantity's as I have to pack boxes of em which take up quite a bit of room in suitcase etc ??
