Hi i may be a child but i have symptoms like..
rectal bleeding severe lower abdominal pain 10 loose stools a day animea unexplained weight loss loss of appetite fatigue bloody mucusy stools and hair loss how could it be IBS can someone plz tell me if its CD or UC i have a family history of IBD

I'd wait and see what your biopsies say. Sounds similar to IBD and Ulcerative colitis but only a doctor can diagnose. Did they do a stool test to rule out pathogenic causes like c diff?
