I use a generic GasX type, extra strength, from amazon. Two in the morning. Sometimes a couple more in the evening. Always effective.
What helps additionally is a nice walk outside. Even if I feel fine, a few block walk relieves both types of gas nicely. Try to do that alone
Helps get my appetite up also.

Try using enzymes, They can help with digestion. Eat slowly, chew food a lot. Also simplifying meals. take a look at food combining principles. I find cutting out carbs helps. If you have compromised digestive system raw veggies could be a real problem. Cooked veg is easier to digest. Good luck.
