Bleeding that never stops

I need your advice again since doctors not offering much, since colonoscopy in April last year I had on and off bleeding that just never stops, I managed to get rid of it or rather couldn't see it for a week here and there but most of the time the blood always on the BM and paper. I have solid 2x day non painful Bms, little abdominal pain every now and then. I am on 8 x salofalk which is a max I believe, salofalk enema every night and supp during the day. I changed a few doctors but none of them suggesting anything other than what I already take plus steroid which I can't take. Iam looking for a new doc but in a meantime I am open to anything. Also if anyone knows a good gastro around Sydney that will be great

Usually bleeding can be the last to go. But I know you mentioned you can't do steroids, can you do rectal steroids? They have less side effects than oral because it's not systemic like the oral is. What happens when you do take a steroid?

my diet is mostly clean -no gluten, low sugar i do eat cheese and yogurt, icecream was my once a week treat but not anymore, cooked vegetables and soft fruit. scope showed 20cm inflammation in the ascending colon, looks like a cat had a go at me. blood on the stool and tp mostly red but sometimes there are black streaks on the first bits. steroids give me instant skin rash all over, but i never tried rectal steroids. thank you for responding
